Casa Lalita Rental

• High Season November 2011 – April 2012:                                                             week rental (7 nights/8 days)
• A week rental for two people:  first floor rooms $385 or $55 per night
  A week rental for one person: first floor rooms $336 or $48 per night
  A week rental for 3rd floor room: $475 or $68 per night
  A week rental for whole house rental for groups – includes all 7 rooms and the studio: $3260.
  (minimum 3 nights)

Our Policies:  Facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of registered guests only.

Check-in:  3-5 PM (Special arrangements for guests arriving after 5:00)

Check-out: 11 AM (No smoking)

Reservation and Cancellation: A deposit equal to 50% of your stay (full stay charged at time of booking,) including tax, is billed to your credit card at the time of booking your room. If you cancel your reservation for any reason, including transportation difficulties, we must receive notice two weeks (longer for special events) in advance of the scheduled arrival date in order to refund your deposit, less a processing fee of $50. Deposits on reservations made within the two-week cancellation period (or longer, as pertinent to special events) are non-refundable. There is no refund for early departure.  

We do not refund for inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment!
